Lambert Smith Hampton are a national property consultancy working with investors, developers and occupiers in both the public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland. They have 35 regional offices, and a team of circa 1100 staff.

They provide a comprehensive range of property services to a wide-ranging portfolio consisting of multi-let offices, mixed use developments, industrial sites, shopping centres, retail parks and residential premises. They collect £850m of rents and service charges annually, manage in excess of 20,000 leases and have 21m sqft of retail space under leasing and management.
