I’m confident we can build on the fantastic work by my predecessor, Carl Brooks in driving ESG to the top of the industry’s agenda, not least by ensuring the adoption of important initiatives like the Responsible Property Management Toolkit and Managing for Performance, to translate the industry’s aspirations into tangible action.”

Carl Brooks, Director - Head of Sustainability, Property Management, CBRE said: “The vital role that property management has to play in achieving a sustainable real estate sector has always been clear to me so it’s been my pleasure to work with the BBP to develop and launch the Managing Agents Partnership, and work with the membership to deliver outputs that have genuinely moved our sector forward.  How we improve the performance of our operational real estate will only grow in prominence and I’m delighted to be able to maintain my involvement in helping produce guidance that will further improve our industry.  It’s been a fantastic 7 years as MAP Chair and I’m absolutely thrilled to be passing the baton to Vicky whom I’ve known and worked with over the past 15 years, Vicky will do a wonderful job as Chair and I’m excited at what comes next for MAP!”
