We are delighted to welcome Colliers and Montagu Evans to the Managing Agents Partnership. The membership of MAP now includes 12 of the UK’s leading property managers who are collectively responsible for managing over 30,000 assets.  

Colliers is a diversified professional services and investment management company. With operations in 67 countries, it has more than 15,000 professionals delivering advice to real estate occupiers, owners and investors. Since 2013 Colliers has delivered certified renewable energy across its managed portfolio, launched a Social Value Framework to quantify and improve the impact that local initiatives and their supply chain have on the communities in which they operate, as well as delivering a wide range of healthy workplace initiatives including RESET certifications for clients. 

Montagu Evans is an independent property consultancy, owned and run by a group of partners who are committed to leaving a legacy of quality work that benefits clients, the built environment and society as a whole. It has offices in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester and its work encompasses planning and development, property management, specialist valuations and transactions. Having achieved ISO 14001 environmental standard in 2021, the business is making strides in ensuring sustainability is well considered when delivering advice to their public and private sector clients.
