New Member Lambert Smith Hampton joins the Managing Agents Partnership!

The Managing Agents Partnership is very proud to announce that on the 21st December Lambert Smith Hampton officially became the 11th member of the partnership.

Lambert Smith Hampton are a national property consultancy working with investors, developers, and occupiers in both the public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland. They have 35 regional offices, and a team of circa 1100 staff. They provide a range of property services to a wide-ranging portfolio consisting of multi-let offices, mixed use developments, industrial sites, shopping centres, retail parks and residential premises. They collect £850m of rents and service charges annually, manage in excess of 20,000 leases and have 21 million ft2 of retail space under leasing and management.
