The Managing Agents Partnership (MAP) has today announced Bidwells as their latest member. The membership now represents 17 property managers, working collaboratively to improve the sustainable management of commercial property assets. 

Bidwells is the largest commercial property consultancy in the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, home to cutting edge, globally renowned research, science and technology organisations. Bidwells manages over £5.2bn in property assets for national and international investors, and over 1 million acres of the English and Scottish Countryside and coastline. 

With a key focus on  sustainability, Bidwells offer sustainability services across three main areas, Natural Capital & Sustainable Investment, Renewable Energy and Sustainable Buildings & Places, and are currently advising on the development of 3.8 GW of onshore wind projects.
